Shipping Time Estimates Approximately: 2-3 business Days
After payment has been processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email listed at the time of checkout. Once the email confirmation has been sent, your order will begin to be processed.
Not all mail carriers or courier services are able to deliver to addresses containing a P.O. box. Because of this, Farmers Pet Store is unable to ensure the delivery of items shipped to mailing addresses containing P.O. boxes. Please check with your local mail carrier or courier service before placing an order with a mailing address containing a P.O. box.
Once an order has been received, please allow approx. 1 - 2 business days for processing before the order is shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing the delivery information.
The shipping charge varies depending on what products you order. The best way to see what shipping will be is to add products to your cart and begin the checkout process. The total shipping charge will be shown before you enter any payment information. Orders over $75 are free on eligible items.
We only accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards.
Placing an available item into your cart and/or wish-list does not reserve that item. Available inventory is only assigned to your order after you place your order and receive an e-mail confirmation that we've received your order.
Farmers Pet Store is based in the United States, where the company's headquarters is also locatedOur online store is open 24 hours a day, and you can rest assured that your orders are handled securely and with the utmost care at all times.
We do our best to keep up with the growing demand for popular items. Sometimes, pre-transit order delays still happen.  You can also reach out to our customer care team and we will be happy to provide updates regarding your order.
