Yes! If this happens, we are truly sorry. If the item's defect is deemed valid, We will take care of you and cover all costs. We will send you a new product. We will make sure to correct the issue ASAP!

Yes! Make sure to enter the shipping address of the receiver where you want to deliver the item.
Farmers Pet Store offers Free Delivery on all orders above $75. Products are generally dispatched and delivered within 3 business days. Orders below $75 will incur a shipping charge which will be stated upon checkout. If at any time we are not able to ship to your initial shipping address, we will contact you ASAP and attempt to make alternate shipping arrangements. If this is not possible, we will refund the entire purchase amount right away.  
We accept 12 hours’ notice to cancel an order or update any changes such as quantity or Shipping Address information. Just feel free to contact us via Phone or Email. Please note that any request received after 12 hours period will no longer be accepted because we process orders immediately. Changes to orders cannot be made once processed.
Please contact our customer care number or email us for refunds. All refunds are issued to the same card used during the purchase.
You can make changes to your order when it’s still in the processing stage. If you are unable to modify, please contact customer care using the Contact us button and we will handle any changes to your order.
  1. Start shopping by browsing through our catalog and clicking on a product that you want to order.
  2. You can see the product details, fit and sizing, and available options on the product page. You can also change the quantity of your order from this page, after that click on "Proceed To Checkout" button to add it to your shopping cart.
  3. On your shopping cart page, you can also view the estimated shipping price, or to compute the final shipping price, please login. Delivery Information Page - Fill up the form (check the shipping address). After that, click on the "Continue to shipping method" button.
  4. Finally, You will then reach the payment information page. After confirming that everything is in order, then click on "Confirm Order". Viola, You are all set! We will begin to process your order.
We will be providing you with a tracking number once your order is shipped. You can use this number to track your order. You can also reach out to our customer care team and we will be happy to assist you.
We respond to customers within 12 hours or maximum of 24 hour and sooner, if possible!
